(1) The council shall publish the national report on children within three months of the end of each fiscal year after the approval of the Ministry based on the provisions on child rights, the annual report of the provincial child rights committee (and the local child rights committee).
(2) Provincial Children's Rights Committee shall, based on the arrangements related to child rights, including the annual reports of local child rights committees within the respective provinces, publish the provincial level annual report on children within forty-five days of the end of each financial year with the approval of the Ministry of Children's Affairs of the province.
(3) The local children's rights committee shall publish a local report on children covering the situation of children and children's rights at the relevant local level within thirty days of the end of each financial year after taking the approval of the relevant local executive.
